At Dita Von Teese Lingerie, we want you to feel as glamorous as you look; therefore, we offer returns on unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
